It's SUMMER Promotion Time!

I have a few promotions I've been meaning to get out there, so here goes.....

1. DOCUMENTARY SESSION - $999

This is by far my most popular promotion. My clients love the genuine images I provide. A true glimpse into your world right now. Don't keep putting it off and waiting until the 'perfect' time, because we all know the perfect time is an enduring myth just like the Loch Ness Monster and Big Foot. There will always be sports practices taking up your time, ten more pounds to lose, that haircut to schedule and on and on and on. If this is something you've been wanting and meaning to do, there's no better time than the present.

Would you like to see highlights from my most recent documentary session? Scroll through below......

What you get:
- Two hours of my time to document your family.
- At least 75 high resolution digital negatives, each individually edited by me.
- A print release to print your images wherever and whenever you like.
- A beautiful sixty page hard back, linen book with the best images from your session included.
- The ability to purchase beautiful, fine quality a la carte products directly from me at a 20% discount
- Timeless, beautiful memories that will be treasured for generations.

If you know much about me at all, you know I'm a fanatic nature lover. I want to put my money where my mouth is and make a difference! The proceeds of this sale will go to The Illinois Chapter of the Sierra Club.

Thank you so very much for all of your support, whether big or small.  I hope you're having a wonderful summer so far!

I am a self taught, natural light photographer, with sixteen years of shooting experience under my belt. Back in the day, I learned to shoot with film, developed it and printed my own photos in my darkroom. I've since moved to digital, but film holds a very dear spot in my heart that I just can't seem to shake. I was supposed to be a horticulturalist and landscape architect...at least that's what my degree's tell me. I followed that path for some time, along with a few other paths, but photography won my heart. Plants and beautiful mother nature is, and will always be, a great inspiration to me. If at all possible, I prefer to shoot outdoors and somehow incorporate nature into the scene. I'm originally from the Watson, Illinois area, but the majority of my adult life I spent living in the Cayman Islands and only moved home to Illinois with my husband and son a few short years ago. I grew up on a small working farm, with acres and acres of natural areas at my disposal. It gave me a great appreciation for the world around me. I roamed wherever I pleased, built forts in the woods, picked wildflowers in the pasture and caught craw-daddies in the crick. My son is taking over the jobs of fort building and craw-daddy hunting, but I'll never give up the picking of wildflowers.
